Unlike many of our competitors, we use premium companies for both our medical and dental insurance, something rarely offered in the industry. Our plan includes low deductibles, great co-pays, widely accepted prescription coverage, and minimal "total out-of pocket" coverage. Many agencies cover 100% of a sub-standard insurance plan. It's easy to do when you offer something of little value. We choose to offer our employees the best plan available. The average weekly pre-tax cost for a 45 year old nurse is a measly $12.00!
Housing
At HSN, your comfort away from the facility is a top priority. We always use "A" rated properties. Most of these communities are less than 5 years old, have pools, clubhouses, workout facilities, and are some of the best offered to nurses in the industry. Our accommodations are always FREE to you, and they are always private. We never ask you to share your temporary home with a stranger. Unlike many agencies, you NEVER have to pay to have a private apartment.. We always furnish your apartment for FREE and include a FREE washer and dryer, Queen sized bed, TV and stand. HSN also pays for all your utilities, including power, gas, and water. We even allow you to have input on which apartment community you live at when we can. We specifically designed our housing package to be one of the best in the business.
Bonuses
At HSN, you receive a loyalty bonus when you start your second consecutive assignment with us. After that, you get one every time! We pay this bonus the very first week of your new assignment. The schedule is:
$250.00 at the start of your second assignment
$350.00 at the start of you third assignment
$500.00 at the start of your fourth assignment, and every assignment after that! No limits!!
HSN also has an unlimited $500.00 referral bonus, paid upon the completion of the referred nurses' assignment. We also give you $150.00 for every additional assignment and extension they do with us from then on!
We also offer a two-week paid vacation* after you have worked full time for us for a year.

Travel Reimbursement
HSN provides immediate travel reimbursement for all assignments requiring travel. We reimburse you up to $700.00.*

Direct Deposit
As an HSN Traveler, you can still bank at your hometown bank. We offer FREE direct deposit, and we can start your direct deposit immediately. No more having to send your first few checks home to have a friend deposit it for you, (making your access to your $ delayed). With your approval, we will start depositing your weekly pay with your first check.
